Note - I love this song and this MV. It's probably one of my favs so I subbed it again. I fixed the timing and improved the typeset.
The lyrics and the story of this MV seems to be based on the book called 'Lost Horizon' by James Hilton that tells the story of some people that get lost and end up going to a mythical place called Shangri-La whose inhabitants enjoy unheard-of longevity. Hugh Conway, one of the guys that get lost, meet Lo-Tsen in Shangri-La and falls in love with her.

On the book, Conway leaves Shangri-La with the other people that got lost with him. Another guy that was also in love with Lo-Tsen, takes her with them. But once she puts her feet out of Shangri-La, she loose her eternity and in a few seconds her body ages fast and she dies.
I think in the MV, LeeHom plays the role of Conway and Tiffany Xu plays the role of Lo-Tsen. But in the MV and also based on the lyrics, Leehom's character is the type of guy that has a free-spirit. So he leaves Shangri-La even being in love with her. She can't go with him because she can't leave Shangri-La or else she'll die.
